System & Traceability: The factory has fully implemented ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 automotive quality management systems. The manufacturing process covers the entire workflow from magnetic powder receiving, hot-pressing molding, to finished product delivery. Products utilize laser marking or batch coding to achieve two-way traceability between production batches and test data.

Process & Delivery: Equipped with fully automated winding and hot-pressing production lines. The end of the line features 100% automated optical inspection (AOI) and electrical performance testing. For automotive projects, we provide industry-standard PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation to ensure batch parameter consistency during mass production.
