Automotive-Grade Reliability Validation│Standard: AEC-Q200
2026-10-16
Test Items & Conditions: Automotive series products undergo reliability validation according to AEC-Q200 standards. Specific test items include:
Temperature Cycling Test (TCT): -55°C to +150°C, 1,000 cycles.
Temperature Humidity Bias Test (THB): 85°C / 85% RH with rated bias voltage applied.
High-Temperature Operating Life (HTOL): Long-term aging test under full load and high-temperature conditions.
Mechanical Testing: High-frequency vibration and mechanical shock testing.
Process Characteristics: Utilizing high-temperature hot-pressing molding technology. Compared to high-pressure cold-pressing processes, this effectively reduces the mechanical stress on internal windings, lowering the probability of solder joint cracking and internal insulation damage caused by mismatched coefficients of thermal expansion (CTE).
